Coastal Windows, Inc. is currently looking for a mature and permanent full-time receptionist/administrative assistant to answer phones, greet guests, and perform other administrative duties. This position provides support to all company departments.
REQUIRED:
Knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and other office machines. Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus.
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
